In 1995, Bryant began working with a then-unknown Michael Bublé, becoming his pianist and musical collaborator for five years. During this time, he played a key role in the development of Bublé's early career, contributing to the iconic sound that has made the artist a household name today.

After his years with Bublé, Bryant spent a transformative year in Holland, recording his album That's Amore—a reflection of his deep love for timeless music and Italian culture. His artistic output continued to flourish as he was invited to perform in Las Vegas, where he showcased his talents at Red Rock Resorts and Green Valley Ranch, making his mark in one of the world’s most vibrant entertainment capitals.
